Job summary

FedEx Office in Whittier, CA is seeking a Lead Consultant to guide store operations across print, signs & graphics, and shipping, delivering a consistently positive customer experience. You will take customer orders, provide pricing, recommend FedEx Office products, and manage complex orders and production workflows.

You will lead on digital imaging, scheduling, and finishing services, coordinate shifts, train team members, and ensure quality while maintaining strong communication with customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in a retail or service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot and coordinate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to deliver expert service.
• Manages production flow to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Takes customer orders, provides pricing, and recommends FedEx Office products.
• Leads digital imaging, color/black-and-white production, and finishing services.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
• May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift.
• Assists in training store team members.
• Operates the POS and handles financial transactions.
