Job summary

You will coordinate store activities, ensure on-time production, operate POS systems, and handle pricing, packaging, and shipping logistics. Strong communication and leadership on shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, expert service is delivered to all customers.
• Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time.
• Takes customer orders, providing pricing information, performs consultative selling, and logs production jobs.
• Leads digital imaging, scheduling and production on full service orders, including finishing services.
• May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift.
• Assists in the training of store team members.
