Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience is desired, preferably in auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and orders are processed timely.
• Handle buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside orders efficiently and contact customers upon shipment arrivals.
• Process returns/exchanges and issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure staff clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
