Elements Massage in Columbus, OH is seeking a Floating Shift Sales Lead who excels in sales and client relationships. The role spans three Columbus studios (Easton, Hilliard, and Dublin), with 30–32 regularly scheduled hours per week and on-call shifts as needed.

Overview

Elements Massage in Columbus, OH is looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team as a Floating Shift Sales Lead. This is not just a front desk position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, driving membership sales, and helping studios achieve growth goals while providing operational support across all three Columbus locations (Easton, Hilliard, and Dublin).

As the Shift Sales Lead, you will serve as the primary on-call team member, provide coverage when staffing needs arise, and play a key role in converting guests into wellness program members. Success in this position requires strong sales skills, flexibility, reliability, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be regularly scheduled at one or more locations each week 30-32 hours and be on call for additional shifts when unexpected coverage is needed. This is a full-time position.

What You'll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

• Educate clients on wellness membership options and benefits
• Consistently achieve or exceed a minimum 25% membership conversion rate
• Generate wellness program enrollments through consultative sales conversations
• Promote and sell gift cards, retail products, and additional services
• Contribute directly to studio revenue growth through membership and retail sales

Studio Operations

• Work 30-32 regularly scheduled hours across all three Columbus studios and
• Serve as the primary on-call coverage team member for all locations
• Cover staffing call-offs and scheduling gaps as needed
• Open and close studios
• Answer phones and schedule appointments, handle payments, check clients in/out
• Monitor operational tracking documents
• Maintain studio cleanliness and presentation standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every client

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Comfortable discussing products, services, and memberships with clients
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and conversion metrics
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to work extended shifts and overtime when needed
• Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and studio environments
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Columbus locations
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Monthly Shift Lead Bonus: $250

To receive the monthly bonus, the District Shift Lead must cover at least 80% of call-off shifts during the month.

Sales Commission Opportunities

Membership Conversion Performance:

• 25% Conversion Rate = $10 per membership sold
• 30% Conversion Rate = $15 per membership sold
• 35% Conversion Rate = $20 per membership sold
