Elements Massage of Dublin, Ohio is seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead a busy team across locations. You will oversee selling therapeutic massage services and wellness memberships, coach a team of sales associates, and maintain an inviting studio atmosphere for a flawless guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, sales drive, and reliable leadership to partner with the Columbus team and travel as needed within the region. Night/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in massage or spa preferred.
• Ability to grow studio sales via networking and cross‑selling.
• Proven record of delivering excellent customer service and hitting sales targets.
• Experience hiring or developing staff; team‑oriented leadership.
• Familiar with business financials, cash reconciliation and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical aptitude and quick to learn new tools.
• Comfortable using basic software packages.
• Willing to travel to Columbus/Dayton for meetings and events; open to working at multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to work nights/weekends.

Elements Massage in Dublin, Ohio is looking for a leader who is hands-on, bright, and outgoing, to join our team as a Sales Manager for our Dublin location. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, providing management and coaching support to a team of sales associates, and maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere to ensure a flawless guest experience. This individual will also work closely with the other members of the Columbus management team to ensure a superb customer experience and cultivate a cohesive team environment. This position requires successful multi-tasking in a busy environment.

A successful candidate will have:

• Sales Management experience, preferably in a massage studio, or salon/spa environment.
• Ability to increase studio sales through networking and cross-selling of services.
• Track record of providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Previous experience hiring and/or developing staff preferred. Must have a team-oriented philosophy and leadership style.
• Basic familiarity with business financials, cash reconciliation and performance reporting
• Strong analytical ability and aptitude for learning.
• Comfort level with basic software packages.
• Transportation throughout the Columbus and Dayton area to attend meetings, events, and expos as needed. Must be willing to work at any of the Hilliard, Easton, or Dublin locations as needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Desire to pursue management opportunities within the system.
