Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Moderate knowledge of products/merchandise.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and connect with customers.
• Ask questions, listen to customer needs, and guide to merchandise.
• Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs and promotions.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure inventory accuracy.
