Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas seeks a Key Holder to manage daily retail store operations and help fulfill the organization's mission. You will open and close the store, supervise sales associates, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed with accuracy.

The role requires attention to customer service, inventory, reports, and collaboration with district and store leadership to meet sales goals while representing Goodwill’s values in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• High school education or the equivalent required.
• Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Manage and operate a Goodwill Retail store while fulfilling mission.
• Supervise store personnel and operations daily.
• Handle cash, deposits and banking procedures.
