Goodwill Dallas in Mesquite, TX is seeking an experienced Keyholder to oversee daily store operations, ensuring world-class customer service and accurate POS transactions. The role involves merchandise handling and supporting overall store profitability.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Shifts are day-time, with supervision from a Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience and one year supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent or GED.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity of MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure 100% world-class customer service.
• Open and close shifts, assign POS drawers, and document absences.
• Handle donation flow in and out of the store.
• Enforce loss prevention and risk management policies.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Assist in inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods.
