Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience
• 1 year of using POS systems and cash handling
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail
• 6 months of store operations experience (opening/closing, cash reconciliation)
• 6 months as a Store Associate with consistent performance
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention

• Engage customers with consultative selling and upselling
