Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team members effectively.
• Balance cash registers and ensure accurate transactions.
• Assist customers with questions, price discrepancies, and product location.
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Replenish products and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
