TXB Market and Food Stores Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate to support store management, enhance guest experiences, and oversee daily tasks from checkout to housekeeping.

You will train team members, balance registers, greet customers, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. This role demands reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and use of cash registers.
• May work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Understand register systems and back office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cash register tasks and customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Greet customers on entry and assist with questions.
• Balance cash register at the start and end of shift.
• Process returns and exchanges per store policy.
• Replenish products and stock to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Provide leadership to team members and coach on policies.
• Support store management in daily operations.
