TXB in College Station is seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate to support store management and lead daily operations, including cash handling, customer service, and housekeeping.

You will train team members, balance tills, assist customers with questions and returns, and help ensure a clean, welcoming shopping experience; on-site role requiring reliable transportation and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required
• Successful completion of on-the-job training
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged standing and working on cash register or related equipment
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
• Basic computer skills with Excel/Outlook/Word

Responsibilities

• Assist with cash register tasks and customer service
• Balance cash register at start/end of shift
