You'll handle cash register duties, assist customers with questions, train teammates, and help lead daily store operations while the General Manager is absent. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and strong customer service skills.

Formación

• Customer relationship experience is required.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.

Responsabilidades

• Operate cash registers, calculate change, and process refunds.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Train and supervise team members on policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising and pricing.
• Lead store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
