TXB Market and Food Stores Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate in College Station, TX. The role supports store management with daily tasks, supervises teammates, and ensures an outstanding guest experience at all times.

You will handle cash transactions, greet guests, assist with product locating, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. The position requires reliability, flexibility to work nights/weekends, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required
• Successful completion of on-the-job training
• Basic computer skills with ability to operate multiple devices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance
• Handle cash, card transactions, and refunds accurately
• Balance cash register at start/end of shift
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Support store management in daily operations
• Train and mentor fellow team members as needed
• Lead and supervise team in absence of General Manager
• Replenish products and provide excellent customer service
