Job summary

Sevan Multi Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction projects across the United States. Initial projects are based in Las Cruces, NM with 90–100% nationwide travel.

You will supervise onsite activities, coordinate trades, enforce safety standards (OSHA), manage schedules, and ensure quality per plans. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of foreman level experience in the past ten years
• At least 3 years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all on-site construction activities
• Direct subcontractors, vendors and field crews to maintain productivity and progress
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet milestones
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment and labor to maintain workflow
• Identify issues early and implement solutions to avoid delays
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings
• Ensure quality work per plans and specifications; perform site inspections
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate site inspections, testing, and QC procedures
• Support RFIs, change orders and field directives as needed
• Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover
