Job summary

Sevan Multi Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling and execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Initial projects are based in Las Cruces, NM; thereafter 90-100% nationwide travel is required. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of construction experience including 3 years as a Superintendent

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• 7 years of construction experience including 3 years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and coordinating field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet milestones.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
