Job summary

Sevan Multi Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction projects across the United States. Initial projects are based in Las Cruces, NM, with nationwide travel required.

The role requires a strong background in safety, subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery and compliant work. Travel and on-site leadership are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• 7 years of construction experience including 3 years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with Procore Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain
• First Aid CPR certification or ability to obtain
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet milestones
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage short-term look ahead schedules
• Coordinate materials deliveries, equipment and labor to maintain workflow
• Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to avoid delays
• Safety Leadership: Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets plans, specs and quality standards
• Subcontractor Management: Manage performance, scope, and schedule adherence
• Project Documentation: Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders and field directives
• Project Closeout: Manage punch lists, final inspections, and turnover
