Job summary

Sevan Multi Site Solutions seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction across the United States. This role covers safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Travel is required; initial projects are in Las Cruces NM with nationwide travel 90–100%. You will supervise field crews, ensure milestones are met, manage inspections and coordination, and drive project documentation and closeout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• Seven years of construction experience, including 3 years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects with strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain; First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all onsite construction activities.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet milestones; develop short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment and labor; maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
• Manage quality control, inspections, RFIs and field directives as needed.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, coordinate trades, and maintain project documentation.
• Support project closeout, punch lists, turnover and as-built documentation.
