Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations across the United States, managing safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

This on-site role requires 90-100% nationwide travel and oversight of retail, restaurant, grocery, and fuel/convenience store projects, including ground-up builds and remodels. A strong background in commercial construction and safety leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
