Sevan Multi Site Solutions seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction across the United States. Initial projects are based in Las Cruces, NM, with 90–100% nationwide travel thereafter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7 years of construction experience including 3 years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets plans, specs and quality standards.
• Project Documentation: Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs and change orders.
