Job summary

Sevan Multi Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction projects across the United States. Initial projects are based in Las Cruces NM with 90–100% nationwide travel thereafter.

Responsibilities include directing subcontractors, enforcing OSHA standards, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality per plans. A GC license or LEED experience is a plus, with a strong focus on safety and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Lead field operations for a general contractor on commercial retail projects.
• Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.
• Experience on commercial construction sites and with Procore or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all onsite construction activities.
• Direct subcontractors and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet milestones.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Manage field documentation including daily reports and RFIs.
