Dollar General is seeking a Cashier/Stocker lead to support store operations and provide exemplary customer service. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and assist in plan-o-gram implementation while maintaining a clean, safe shop floor and assisting customers.

The role includes operating the register, handling payments, and helping to set up displays. Previous supervisory exposure is preferred; the store aims to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Ability to perform IBM cash register functions and operate point-of-sale equipment.
• Familiarity with plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and cash control practices.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks according to store process and stock merchandise on shelves.
• Rotate, face, and display products; restock returned items and manage orders.
• Operate cash register, receive payment, and bag purchases; provide customer service.
• Maintain a clean front end, stockroom, and store surroundings; support safety.
• Open/close store per Area Manager directions and assist in loss prevention.
