FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Marysville, WA to support daily operations, coach staff, and collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service and drive store performance.

You’ll manage training, scheduling, cash handling, and merchandising while promoting a positive work environment. The role offers commission on sales, performance bonuses, and discounts on merchandise.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
