Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in West Covina to oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager. You will assist with merchandising, product launches and promotional activities to meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive best-in-class services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive performance, and collaborate with stakeholders across initiatives beyond the store walls.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
• Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
• Inspiring your team through high performance and teamwork
