Qualifications

• 1+ year of restoration industry experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking with a safety focus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration scope.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke repair, mold remediation, and drying.
• Use equipment to carry out restoration processes safely and efficiently.
• Document the restoration process for reports and insurance purposes.
• Communicate with clients to explain the process and address questions.
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
