Job summary

Power Dry seeks a dependable Lead Restoration Technician to supervise field crews and manage restoration projects, including water and sewage damage repairs. You will oversee job-site operations, communicate with customers, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in mitigation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-call rotation and travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or related field preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on restoration projects for residential and commercial properties.
• Assess sites and plan mitigation/restoration strategies.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, equipment setup, and drying processes.
