Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Lead Technician to join our in-field restoration team in Farmington Hills, MI. You will assess damage, guide restoration work, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year in restoration, solid organizational and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with travel to active jobsites is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) previous experience in the restoration industry.
• Organizational skills.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration work.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke repair, mold remediation, and drying tasks.
• Use specialized equipment to carry out restoration processes safely.
• Document the restoration process for reporting and insurance purposes.
• Communicate with clients to explain processes and address concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.
