Job summary

Servpro Team Locandro seeks a Lead Technician/Crew Chief to supervise restoration projects in residential and commercial settings. You will coordinate crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive positive customer experiences.

This role requires hands-on leadership and adherence to SERVPRO processes. Candidates should have restoration experience, IICRC certification where possible, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration work related to water, fire, and mold cleanup.
• Experience leading and supervising a restoration team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally or out of state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform production work according to SERVPRO processes; ensure quality control.
• Manage customer experience and online reviews.
• Coach, train, and supervise restoration technicians.
• Document detailed job files and track progress from start to finish.
• Manage labor and consumables; coordinate with office staff.
