Job summary

HighGround is seeking a Lead Technician to manage a team of technicians on restoration projects. You will oversee daily site operations, uphold SOPs, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role blends hands-on demolition with meticulous moisture documentation and proactive client communication. The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background/drug checks, and a willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service skills; IICRC certification is a plus.
• Eligible for on-call rotation.
• Desire to learn, improve and grow within the company.
• 1–2 years of construction, plumbing, water mitigation or carpentry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians to manage projects from start to finish.
• Ensure SOPs are followed, maintaining safety and quality on sites.
• Perform demolition with hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Document drying progress using moisture meters and keep accurate records.
• Coordinate with In-Home Sales Specialist for additional services.
• Operate company vehicle in compliance with laws and policies.
• Complete daily compliance tasks in DASH.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to deliver excellent service.
