Job summary

HighGround is looking for a Lead Technician in Parrish, Alabama. This leadership role involves managing a team to ensure the successful completion of restoration projects while maintaining safety and quality standards. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing job site operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates must have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• IICRC certification is a plus (not required).
• Possess working knowledge or 1-2 years of experience related to construction, plumbing, water mitigation and/or carpentry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians to oversee job projects.
• Ensure that your team follows SOPs and maintains safety.
• Document drying progress using moisture meters.
• Communicate with the In-Home Sales Specialist about client needs.
