Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Lead Technician I to oversee mitigation and environmental projects from start to finish at our Kent, WA location. This role reports to the Supervisor and may coordinate with the Project Manager and Branch Manager to ensure timely, compliant completion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a lead technician role in restoration/construction, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong safety and operational discipline in field

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in lead technician role in construction field, and/or restoration/mitigation field.
• Valid Driver’s License, with driving record in good standing (Class C)
• Must be insurable and able to pass safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communications with Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Supervisor and Project Coordinator about project schedules, scope changes, materials and resources.
• Lead a small group of technicians, providing supervision and direction.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies; complete and turn in crew sheets and job notes daily.
• Perform tasks to expedite jobs while adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Mentor technicians and assist in jobsite safety briefings and skill development.
