Job summary

SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking a Crew Chief to lead production on fire and water restoration projects. You will coordinate, monitor, and perform work activities to ensure quality and a positive customer experience.

You will supervise restoration technicians, manage labor and materials, follow OSHA guidelines, and document detailed job files. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year restoration/construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production processes and supervising technicians.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Supervise restoration technicians and document job activities.
• Control labor and consumable item usage and report progress.
