Job summary

SERVPRO of Richland County is seeking a Crew Chief to lead restoration projects in a fast-paced field setting. You will supervise production technicians, coordinate safety, and ensure quality for both commercial and residential customers.

Responsibilities include responding to service calls, managing job flow, documenting work, and maintaining relations with customers and insurance adjusters. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to travel locally or between SC and NC on day trips.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes.
• Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job.
• Complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish.
• Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site.
• Communicate and establish relationships with commercial and residential customers and insurance adjusters.
