Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our on-site leadership team. You will be the on-site representative for Project Managers, ensuring jobs stay on schedule, quality meets standards, and subcontractors perform to plan.

You will travel between job sites, inspect work, supervise crews, resolve field issues, and keep projects moving forward. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field experience in construction or related trade.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience as a Foreman, Ride Boss, or similar field supervisory role preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction, restoration, and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to direct field operations and hold subcontractors accountable for quality, productivity, and project timelines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site inspections and assist with job scoping.
• Serve as the on-site representative for Project Managers.
• Monitor job progress to ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on active job sites.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for production schedules, timelines, and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project completion.
• Communicate project updates, concerns, and progress with Project Managers.
• Perform regular job site visits across multiple projects.
• Complete punch list items and minor jobs when necessary.
• Ensure jobs remain clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and subcontractors while representing the company professionally.
