Qualifications

• Drivers license valid with good driving history.
• Industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer relations and company reputation.
• Able to communicate clearly (verbal and written).
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel/Word; Xactimate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate scope of work, timelines, and expectations to adjusters, customers, colleagues, and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and obtain approvals from Regional Operations Manager.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Track subcontractor work and maintain updated job records.
• Develop budgets and schedules with Project Directors/Managers.
• Prepare progress and final billings with accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update job budgets and project schedules.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor activity on jobs.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and address deficiencies.
• Obtain necessary permits from local authorities.
• Process change orders for signature and documentation.
• Uphold safety policies and procedures across sites.
