Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leadership in fast-paced settings preferred.
• People-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to make timely, confident decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.

• Support profitability through inventory, orders, assets and cash controls.
