Carrols LLC is seeking a Burger King Assistant Manager in Ohio to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold BK brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure operational excellence, develop talent, control costs, and maintain safety, quality, and service. This hands-on leadership role offers growth, benefits, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring cash control & security.
