Burger King in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to sales growth and cost controls.

You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operational excellence, develop a high‑performing team, and support profitability through smart inventory and asset management.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast‑paced environments.
• People‑first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities
