Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants while partnering with the General Manager to drive guest engagement and metrics.

This role focuses on delivering legendary guest experiences and leading a high-performing team. You will ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor standards, while leveraging best-in-class training and development opportunities to grow your staff and advance your career

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to train and develop a team and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager by supervising Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
• Partner with GM to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
