Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and coach Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.

In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll ensure the restaurant runs at peak performance and delivers legendary guest experiences. You’ll focus on guest engagement, operational standards, and team development while upholding safety, health, and quality controls.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain top restaurant performance.
