Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Records high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to supervise peers with business maturity.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin to uphold brand equity and guest loyalty.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness; resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Lead and train Team Members; support exempt management with leadership growth.
