Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's in North Carolina. The role involves operating the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, training crew, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness to drive profitability.

You will supervise shifts, lead meetings, and ensure compliance with safety and HR policies while supporting a fast-paced team environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and deposits completed.
