Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader in North Carolina to assist the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in running daily operations. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and that Crew Members and Team Leaders meet their job responsibilities and standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on customer service, with attention to training, cost control, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time-management skills.
• Strong team-building abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and cash-handling troubleshooting.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Open-door policy and strong communication skills.
