You will recruit and develop team members, coordinate local marketing and community involvement, and drive sales performance while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant management.
• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop 25+ team members per shift.

Responsibilities
