Job summary

AdventHealth in Land O Lakes, FL is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for the night shift to initiate therapies, monitor patients, and respond to emergencies while ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory therapy or cardiopulmonary science required.
• 3+ years experience in a hospital as an RRT required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and ACLS required; NRP/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and conducts therapeutic procedures, maintains patient records, and operates respiratory equipment.
• Responds to emergency codes, including airway management and ventilator setup.
• Determines treatment requirements and medication dosages per providers' orders.
