The Dollywood Company is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, TN. This full-time, year-round role oversees housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and service.

You will support the Housekeeping Manager and lead by example in a fast-paced resort environment. Ideal candidates have supervisory hotel experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage staff and guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper to supervise staff and duties.
• Ensure Room Inspectors complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Motivate hosts with recognition and appreciation.
• Communicate performance expectations consistently.
• Inspect public spaces for cleanliness and quality.
• Identify and resolve quality problems.
• Supervise housekeeping employees while ensuring fair treatment.
• Follow safety policies and complete trainings.
• Evaluate cleaning processes and products for quality control.
• Help manage annual deep clean of rooms and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with laws and standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for housekeeping staff.
• Monitor supplies and inventory; order as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties during emergencies or staff shortages.
