Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge and Resort in East Tennessee. You will supervise the Housekeeping Department, maintain high cleanliness and guest standards, and collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper on budgets and staffing.

This exempt role emphasizes leadership, safety, and guest satisfaction. Experience in hospitality housekeeping, management, and proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of directly related housekeeping experience
• At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems; Opera preferred
• Must be 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Background screening including criminal history and MVR required
• Must be able to lift and carry weights as required by job duties

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness standards and supervise Hosts
• Ensure a positive work environment and high Host engagement
• Provide direction, coaching and training to Hosts with timely feedback
• Implement safety and security policies for a safe work environment
• Assist in payroll costs, budgets and forecasts for the department
• Maintain inventories of housekeeping supplies and linens
• Record and report room status, guest requests and occupancy information
• Maintain keys, lost and found, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
