Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa. This role supervises dining service operations, ensures staffing aligns with occupancy, and upholds the company mission and safety standards.

The supervisor leads by example, trains staff, and maintains a guest-centric work environment while managing POS transactions and cash handling. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, Serve Safe and ABC certifications, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field.
Previous supervisory experience, Highly Preferred.
High Diploma, Required.
Three Years of job-related experience, Required.
Must obtain Serve Safe certification and ABC certification.
Must have valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
Background screening and pre-employment drug screening will be completed.

Responsibilities

Checks daily occupancy/forecast with Front Desk to ensure adequate staffing and makes adjustments as needed.
Creates shift assignments including section, opening/closing side work.
Communicates daily specials from kitchen to servers.
Ensures hosts meet grooming standards daily.
Inspects dining room, patio and lounge for cleanliness and proper setup.
Monitors workstations and service areas for quality, cleanliness and staffing levels.
Resolves guest issues with food, beverage, service or timing.
Assists with opening/closing checklists and inventory procedures.
