Job summary

The Dollywood Company in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is seeking a PM Room Inspector for Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa. This full-time, year-round role focuses on inspecting rooms and public spaces, ensuring quality and safety while upholding brand standards.

You will supervise housekeeping interactions, coordinate inventory, and report findings daily to the Executive Housekeeper. Ideal candidate has at least 1 year as a room inspector in hospitality, strong communication, and leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least 1 year experience as a room inspector in hotel/hospitality.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Supervisory skills to include verbal and written communication, leadership, planning, and organizing.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Onboarding includes background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the overall cleanliness, appearance, and condition of rooms after cleaning by housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards.
• Inspects televisions, remotes, alarm clocks, telephones and devices to ensure proper operation and reports problems to maintenance.
• Checks entry locks on rooms to ensure proper working order.
• Manages annual room deep clean process and ensures readiness of products.
• Analyzes data to evaluate systems and establish quality control procedures.
• Assists management in supervising housekeeping staff and providing a positive work environment.
