Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa. The role focuses on delivering an excellent dining experience, guiding a team of hosts, servers, bartenders and other staff in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage daily operations, uphold service standards, and support Front of House through effective staff communication, training and integrity in guest relations. This is a full-time, year-round position at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field.
• Previous supervisory experience, Highly Preferred.
• High Diploma, Required.
• Three Years of job-related experience, Required.
• Must be able to obtain Serve Safe certification and ABC certification.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Check front desk occupancy/forecast to ensure staffing.
• Create shift assignments including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate daily specials to servers.
• Ensure grooming standards for hosts.
• Inspect dining room, patio and lounge for cleanliness and supplies.
• Monitor service areas for quality and staffing.
• Lead upselling strategies as directed by management.
• Assist with inventory and alcohol procedures.
• Respond to guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and health compliance.
